Return & Replacement Policy


At Kraftout we understand that you may not be happy with the product once you receive them or the received product might be in damaged condition.

In either cases, we request you to drop us an email on care@kraftout.com along with the order details and problem on the product.

Please note that replacement of products shall completely depend on the Kraftout team after the complaint is received. We do not guarantee the replacement of products which are not damaged.

What All products Can I Replace ?

  • All the products shall be replaced if delivered in damaged condition.

What are the terms and conditions for replacement?

  • Products Bought on Discounted prices are not eligible for Replacement.

How Do I Process the Replacement Request?

  • You can raise a request for replacement of any product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Once you decide to replace a product, simply drop us a mail on care@kraftout.com with your order number. You can also mention the problem you faced with your product if you wish to in order to help us serve you better in the future.
  • Once we receive your e-mail we shall process the replacement request and you shall be notified by an email from us.
  • We request you to keep the product packed properly in order to avoid delay for the pickup and damage to the product.

How long will the process Take?

  • Replacement pickup will be carried out within 2-3 business days after the request is received.

Will I get the refund for the product if I do not want a replacement ?

  • Since KraftOut is currently selling only the consumable products which do not depend on size and fit, we do not process the refund request, however, you can always get a replacement for quality issues.

Do I Get Charged For the replacement pickups ?

  • No, we do not charge you for the courier costs in the replacement pickups.

Can I get a replacement for the product of lower or higher Value?

  • No, your replaced product value should be the same as your replacement order value.

Where should I return the product?

  • All the products should be returned to the below mentioned address
